DRAM Settlement Fund -- Request for Applications
As a result of civil lawsuits settled by the California Attorney General, funds are available to support technology related projects and to purchase computer and technology equipment from the DRAM Settlement Fund. The grant process will be administered by Harry M. Snyder, CRT Settlement Fund Administrator.
 
Applications must be submitted electronically through this website no later than 5:00 PM PDT, Wednesday, March 15, 2017. To apply, click here.
 
There are two separate funds under the DRAM Settlement Fund. To understand the differences and eligibility requirements for each fund, potential applicants are encouraged to carefully read the detailed information and criteria below.
  1. Local Government Fund: Any California local government entity, the University of California, and the State Bar of California may apply for funds for projects that will use innovative technology to improve local government operations. More here.
  2. State Agency Fund: Any California state agency (including California State University and California Community Colleges and excluding the University of California and the State Bar of California) may apply for funds for projects that will use innovative technology to improve government administration. NOTE: Applicants can only apply to one fund and cannot submit more than one application.
